As a Customer Service Representative with State Farm Agent Dawn Moore Jones, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments and uncover customer needs.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Insurance Sales Experience is a HUGE PLUS!
- Property and Casualty License that is up to date
- Life/Health license willing to obtain
- Communication and interpersonal skills. Enjoys talking to customers!
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred!
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
