ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As a Customer Service Representative with State Farm Agent Dawn Moore Jones, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people will make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
Develop leads, schedule appointments and uncover customer needs.
Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Insurance Sales Experience is a HUGE PLUS!
Property and Casualty License that is up to date
Life/Health license willing to obtain
Communication and interpersonal skills. Enjoys talking to customers!
Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
Bilingual (Spanish) preferred!

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
